McCoy Custom Carts is committed to supporting our community and aims to be a good partner to local nonprofit organizations. If you would like to be considered for a donation from the McCoy Custom Carts, please submit your request online via the electronic donation request form below.

Due to the volume of requests received, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Requests should be submitted via the below form at least six (6) weeks prior to your event date.
The beneficiary’s 501(c)(3) or Federal Tax ID information will need to be included with the request.
Organizations must conduct programming in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, or Oklahoma.
Requests may be limited to one donation item per organization per calendar year.
McCoy Custom Carts does not sponsor businesses or family reunions.
Donated items are typically sent approximately two (2) weeks prior to the date of your event.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
